A fully furnished apartment in the Sea Breeze Resort, part of the Park Residences-2 complex, located in Building 1 (opposite the aqua park), is available for rent by the owner on the 5th floor. The apartment balcony overlooks the aqua park.
It has recently been renovated and is fully equipped for accommodation. This is the first time the apartment is being rented after renovation (no prior occupancy). It comes with:
